terms & Conditions

Balloons & displays

Please read our terms and conditions carefully. By allowing us to set up and by paying your booking deposit, you are agreeing to these terms.

 

By booking or purchasing with popping creations, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify or replace them at any time.

Booking

 

  • A display or order is only considered “booked” once a 50% booking fee is paid. This fee secures the date in our diary and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
     

  • The final balance is due no later than 7 days before your event, delivery, or collection.
     

  • Once the final balance is paid, the booking cannot be changed or cancelled, and the full amount becomes non-refundable

Payments

 

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or the payment link provided.
     

  • Failure to pay the booking fee will result in your booking not being secured, and no materials (including balloons) will be ordered.

  • please ensure you have re-enquired to check availability if payment has not been made within 48 hours of payment details or link has been provided.

 

Cancelling and Rescheduling

Rescheduling

 

you may reschedule your installation or order at least 2 weeks before the agreed date. If these conditions are met, your booking fee can be transferred to a new date within 12 calendar months, subject to availability and at the discretion of popping creations

Cancellation

 

You have the right to cancel your booking at any time. However, due to the nature of our business and the fact that we begin sourcing materials and ordering supplies as soon as your booking is confirmed, all booking fees are non-refundable.

If the final balance has already been paid, the total amount becomes non-refundable, and the event or order cannot be cancelled or altered.

 

Changes to Orders

 

  • Decor pieces cannot be removed once materials have been ordered.
     

  • Additional decor can only be added if there are at least 14 days before the installation or event at the discretion of popping creations.
     

  • Colour changes may incur extra charges to cover associated costs.

Adverse Weather Policy

 

In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to flooding, snow, ice, or conditions that make it unsafe to travel or set up, we reserve the right to postpone the event. In such circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a gift voucher valid for 12 months. No cash refunds will be offered for cancellations or postponements due to adverse weather conditions.

 

Delivery and Balloon Installations

 

  • Setup time will depend on the size and complexity of the decor. These details will be discussed during the booking process.
     

  • Delivery and installation charges are based on event location, setup complexity, travel time, and transport costs.
     

  • Clients must ensure venue access is confirmed and secured. popping creations cannot be held responsible for delays caused by access issues or insufficient setup time.

 

Damages and Stolen Items

 

All items provided by popping creations are for hire only and must be returned in full and in the same condition as when delivered or installed.

  • Any damage to props, frames, or faux flowers after setup will be the responsibility of the client and must be paid for in full within 7 working days.
     

  • Any missing, stolen, or un-returned items will be charged at their full replacement value.
     

  • Do not stick, glue, tape, or attach anything to our props under any circumstances. Damage caused by adhesives or modifications will result in additional charges.
     

 

Collection of Balloon Decor

 

Once collected, popping creations is no longer responsible or for any damage caused during transport.

 

Material Guarantee

 

  • We guarantee all materials meet the manufacturer’s specifications. If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to provide a similar item of equal quality.
     

  • Foil Balloons: May deflate during transit due to temperature changes but typically reinflate once indoors.
     

  • Bubble Balloons: These are fragile and should be handled with care. popping creations is not liable for deflation or damage once delivered or collected

  • all balloons are inflated and fault checked at least 24 hours before collection or delivery to ensure we are providing the highest of quality.

 

Outdoor Events

We use high-quality products and make every effort to meet your expectations. However, balloons are sensitive to outdoor elements and may deflate or pop due to wind, rain, sun, or rough handling.

 

 

  • Sun Exposure: Balloons may fade or pop in direct sunlight and can become matte due to oxidation.
     

  • Wind: For safety reasons, we do not install outdoors if wind speeds exceed 20mph.
     

 

Safety Warnings

Balloons can pose a choking hazard. Once setup is complete or items are collected, popping creations  accepts no liability. Children must be supervised to prevent accidents. do not under any circumstances inhale the helium from our products, this is highly dangerous and can be fatal. 

 

Disclaimer

We use all equipment and materials as intended. To avoid risk, we recommend that all decor remains in its installed position.

  • Command Hooks: If wall hooks or poles are unavailable, we may use command hooks. While generally safe, they can leave marks or cause minor damage.popping creations accepts no responsibility if this occurs.
     

  • We are not liable for any damage caused by balloon decor once installed or collected.
     

 

Additional Clauses

 

Force Majeures

popping creations shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate event information, including access, setup location, surface requirements, and timing. popping creations is not liable for delays, errors, or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the client.

 

Photography and Marketing

popping creations reserves the right to photograph and share images of our work on social media, our website, and other marketing platforms. If you prefer your event not to be photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

 

Hire Period

All hired items are for a 24-hour period, unless otherwise agreed. Late returns may result in additional charges. Items must be returned or made available for collection at the agreed time.

 

Set Up/order Approval

Once setup or order is complete, the client or a designated representative will be asked to approve the installation. Any concerns must be raised immediately. No refunds or alterations will be accepted after approval, once the event begins or orders have been collected/delivered.

In these terms and conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to popping creations. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of the United Kingdom only. We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We, therefore, recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Shopping

You can order products online via www.poppingcreations.co.uk. or via our social media pages. When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email.

Bespoke Orders

When placing a bespoke order with us with a logo/text/phrase/slogan, etc., you agree to us publishing images of your finished item(s) on our website and for advertising purposes. You always have the right to request that we take down such materials at any point or not to publish them in the first place when placing the order. If such a request is made, we will take it down within 2 to 3 working days; however, we cannot recall any already distributed items.

Payment

You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card or through Paypal. we also offer klarna & clearpay via the website checkout 

Availability

We try to keep our site as up to date, however, we can not guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock we will aim to deliver within 30 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within the 30 days you can request a cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

Order Cancellations

You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are perishable goods or if the product is personalised or custom made to your requirements.

Please check your order during the order process and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been misspelt or you have had a change of heart.

Please note that we do not proofread or check personalisations due to automated system and product may come blank or with fixed design or fixed text if you do not enter any personalisation.

Delivery

We deliver to destinations within UK. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address that you give us during your order process. We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day we specify within the product page, however, we cannot guarantee dispatch on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside specified lead times. We also cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries where goods are sent directly from our manufacturers or for delays in the delivery caused by any third party. Dispatch times shown on the product description pages are indicative only, may vary during peak times or if the item is out of stock.

Orders will be dispatched with your chosen delivery method or for larger parcels a tracked service at the discretion of us. Goods returned described as undeliverable or not called for, will be subject to a redelivery charge. We reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item. If you do not receive your order within 30 days from the ordered date, we do not take liability unless you notify us in writing or by email within 30 days from the order date.

Important Note:

 all our dispatch and delivery timescales do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Returned Orders

Any package that is returned to us as 'not called for' or for any other reason, we will notify you via your registered email address. If you do not re-arrange delivery with us, within 30 days of the notice, we will dispose of your package and no refund or compensation will be available to you.

Returns

We believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that you need to return an item, we will keep this process simple. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We have no liability to you unless you notify us of any damaged, defective or incorrect quantity items within 72 hours of delivery. You must return goods within 30 days of receiving, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product including postage and package. Please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.

The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.

Our return policy does not apply to the refusal of delivery, return of delivery, perishable goods, items which have been personalised or custom made for you or you have provided incorrect or inaccurate information during the order process. If the goods that we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, we will replace the goods.

Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our office address and you must contact us in writing or by email before returning the goods.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour on your computer monitor nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
